Subject: Junior restricted badminton tournament 2024
Dear Parent, player & coach
We are delighted to announce that the Lancashire Junior Restricted Tournaments are now open to all Junior Badminton players who either live, go to school or are eligible to play for Lancashire.
The entry forms for the various tournaments are attached to this email.
There are four age groups which include
Age Group Date of Tournament
U13 (born on or after 1st Jan 2013) Sunday 29th Sept
U15 (born on or after 1st Jan 2011) Sunday 22nd Sept
U17 (born on or after 1st Jan 2009) Sunday 29th Sept
U19 (born on or after 1st Jan 2007) Sunday 22nd Sept
The venue this year is: Broadway Badminton Centre, Broadway, St Helens WA10 3RY
It is highly recommended that all training squad members participate if possible in the restricted tournaments for the following reasons:
• Tournament experience
• The results will be taken into consideration on ranking within age groups and junior county team squad selections by the squad selection committee.
Payments for the entry fee is via bank transfer and entry forms should be sent to paulelewis1971@gmail.com.
